Abdali Mall

Execute the Civil & Electro-mechanical works by (Habash-deir Contracting Company & Hiba Engineering Establishment JV) the project is part of the 1.8 million square meter mixed-use development in Amman, known as the Abdali Urban Regeneration Project (AURP), or “Abdali”. Abdali Mall is one of the most important retails and leisure hubs of Amman’s new center. The mall introduces unique open-air features within an aesthetic design, covering a total built up area of over 227,000 square meters. The mall spreads over five floors above ground that comprise of approximately 72,000 gross leasable area with a strategic tenant mix to include a variety of retail stores, an entertainment center, eleven cinema screens, a food court and casual dining plaza, and a supermarket. Abdali Mall also has five basement floors, designed as a smart and conveniently accessible parking that accommodates for up to 2,400 cars.
